我公司通過多年的努力和經(jīng)驗(yàn)的積累成立了中國售后維修和校正實(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)驗(yàn)中心，儀器服務(wù)部工程師多次前往美國進(jìn)行校正計(jì)量，售后服務(wù)，維修服務(wù)等培訓(xùn)并獲得美國 ATI公司和Climet公司的授權(quán)培訓(xùn)證書，并被其認(rèn)定在中國的售后服務(wù)中心。
使用原廠儀器進(jìn)行計(jì)量不僅可以獲得更高的校準(zhǔn)精度，還可以對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行全面的維護(hù)，消除存在的隱患。這里以美國CLiMET和ATI為例，為您詳盡說明原廠儀器校準(zhǔn)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
1.ATI原廠校準(zhǔn)方法
1.1 校準(zhǔn)周期間隔及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求：
美國ATI原廠對(duì)于校正周期的建議：1年1次
The primary minimum calibration interval requirement is driven by the US FDA.
The Office of Regulatory Affairs guidance for FDA regulated laboratories requires a minimum calibration interval
for instruments like ATI’s photometers.
See Table 2, page 13, of the ORA-LAB-5.5 (attached) under equipment.
最小校正時(shí)間間隔的要求應(yīng)該依從美國FDA法規(guī),這個(gè)要求對(duì)于ATI光度計(jì)可以通過ORA-LAB 5.5編號(hào)的FDA對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)備要求的描述中的第13頁找到。

2.CLiMET原廠校準(zhǔn)方法
2.1 Climet粒子計(jì)數(shù)器校準(zhǔn)要求（來自ISO 14644-1附錄A A2.2）
A.2.2 Instrument calibration
The particle counter shall have a valid calibration certificate: the frequency and method of calibration should be
based upon current accepted particle as specified in ISO 21501-4
NOTE: Some particle counters cannot be calibrated to all of the required tests in ISO 21501-4. If this is the
case, record the descision to use the counter in the test report.
粒子計(jì)數(shù)器應(yīng)有有效的校準(zhǔn)證書：校準(zhǔn)的頻率和方法應(yīng)按ISO 21501-4所述的現(xiàn)行認(rèn)可規(guī)定來執(zhí)行。
備注：針對(duì)ISO 21501-4里要求的所有測(cè)試，有些粒子計(jì)數(shù)器不能校正。如果是這種情況，在測(cè)試報(bào)告里記錄下使用該儀器的決定。
